Database issue with Citrix

We took one of our Access databases and are trying to run it on a Citrix server for remote users. Everything was working well until we tested having more then one user on the database at a time. We can only seem to have one user on at a time.

There must be a setting or some type of security we are over looking. Does anyone have any ideas what we are missing?

Make sure the Citrix version has the DB set to shared, and you may have to have each user setup with their own profile on Citrix. We run it wihout any issues, but each user has their own Citrix profile, I don't think we are running any Access Apps on the none profile Citrix servers.

Each user must also have full permissions [edit/add/delete] to the network directory that the db is located in.

Thanks for the info. From your info we do have Citrix setup this way. So there must be something else wrong.
