Do you use code to kick the users out or are you dependant on them exiting when required?

Right now, I have a schedule list set up. When the first element of the schedule list becomes current, users logging in get a warning box but can still enter. Users already logged in will get a message box warning of the event that is starting now. So far, I have been able to get cooperation about logging out right away.

However, my users ALSO know that once I put in a message box, I can do other things - like logging the names of folks who DON'T log out. That fact gets passed along to someone's supervisor. I have not yet had to close the loop by adding one more action - a DoCmd.Quit just after the message boxes close. The threat has usually been enough after no more than one or two warnings.
