Hi,

I have been working on some database protection, in which I am trying stop my tables from being able to be imported from other databases.
Does anyone know where I should start or even if it is at all possible?

Research... Research and learn how to use Access security with a custom workgroup and user permissions.

I have looked at it from this angle but in my circumstances it won’t be applicable unfortunately. Thank you anyway.

I've seen a workaround where a blank form and an input box opens as part of the autoexec routine. This can only be cleared by entering a password. Once the password is accepted the blank form is removed and access to tables, etc can be made. Unfortunately the old problem of the Shift key still remains. HTH. bernard

I can get aroun the shift key as I have some code that disables it!
