Database Security

I set up security on my data abase using the wizard and everything seemed to go fine. The database resides on a novell server and I set up the security while working from my desktop.

When I open the database from my desktop I am prompted to enter my userid and password but anyone else that opens it gets right in.

Any ideas.

I've never used the wizard to set up security, but in the process, you should have created an .mdw file (not the System.mdw file) to hold the workgroups information. You need to copy that file to every users PC in order to secure the db. It's that file that looks at the Current User and determines if permissions have been granted.
