Here's a poser for you all:

Two databases with identical structures. One database has 20k of data in it the other is empty. (with me so far...)

How come the database with witht he data is only 4Mb in size and the empty database is 18Mb in size?

Answers on a postcard...any suggestions gratefully received...

The larger databse may just need compacting. >Tools>Databse utilities>Compact Databse

The larger databse may also have hidden objects. >Tools > Options > Uncheck Hidden objects
