date diff plus check box

Hi i am using datediff in conditional formatting Access 2010 to highlite orders as they become due
All works ok but now i need to add a check box called ORDERED ,and once this box is ticked that order ceases to be highlited .
I need help with this code. please keep it easy to understand ,this is my first attemop at programming

You have something working that you need extended, correct? So why not post the part you have working? Why ask your reader to re-invent the working part?
