Date Expire

Dear All Member
hope you all are doing well, Further i have required your kind help

I have a table containing the data of Star Date and End Date of hired Vehicles, I have red highlighted the expiry date through the conditional formatting,
Is there any possibility the database will automatically ask for EXTENSION OF CONTRACT OR OFF-HIRE the vehicles before the 10-days of expiry date. I hope you will got my point

Please guide me the simplest way to meet my requirement

Well, you can query for them with a criteria of

> Date()+10

On the expiration field.
