Date in the Reports File name

Hello All,
I set up my DB to post its reports to a web-page file that allows everyone internally to view my reports using a web-browser.

The Problem:
When I refresh the report, it is automatically pasted over the one in the file.

Therefore with certain reports I do not want the report copy over, and I would like to keep the previous report and have the new report added to the file, with a date and time on the file title or something like that.

Request:

Is this possible, or should I just forget about it?

Yes possible in VBA

When exporting simply use something like: "C:\FileName"& format(Date(),"YYYYMMDD") & ".txt"
as a filename.

Look into the access help for the format function, you will find your sollution there....
