You were right, I thought I had downloaded it. I think I forgot to overwrite it, and what I previously downloaded was still on my desktop instead of the work you had accomplished. My apologies.

it's ok. you will noticed in the code, i used 36 for intLinesPerPage.
try to adjust this if you see "unusual" extra lines.

I adjusted those down to 34 to see what would happen. I have a question though, why when I put enough data into the table and it fills up more than one page for Dec 2020, does it push Jan 2021 items half way down on its page?

FWIW This is what I am seeing from your latest version. There is no multiple pages with separate heading for each month.

you manually "count" the number of lines (on the screen), for the "full page report".
then substitute that number (minus 1) to intLinesPerPage.

Here let me upload what I am looking at. If you open the report in print preview, then shift to the 3rd page, see how it about half way down the page. I was curious why it is doing that.

I have adjusted the pages to have exactly 34 lines, the last line should have a totals block at the bottom of the page, which I can figure that out later, it is there for a place holder at the moment. I just have no clue how to remove that blank space in between lines 33 and 34. Everything I am trying to do comes from the attached PDF document.

the report is Report1.
i created a Temporary table, zzTable.
the Report, Report1 is using this table as the Recordsource.
see the Open event of Report1.

It is awesome, they way it is working. I would love to know how you did it all, even looking at the VBA on it I am so baffled about it. You are great. Thank you so much for all the help on this. I see one thing I screwed up on and forgot to add, but the report works as I wanted. I am going to mark this as solved. I am going to repost with the one thing I forgot to put in there. Thank you.
