Question date of Last trip Made by a truck

Hi everyone,i am seeking help on a very important issue in my work
I have a shipping database which is simply consists of the following:-
A truck number Table (master)
A customer ID table(master)
they are gathering on the daily work table with the date of the shipment and of course the shipment number.

I need whenever i enter a truck number the access show me an info message with the last shipment number and the date of this shipment for this truck number

I agree with Tony -- doesn't seem to be enough info in your post to provide a focused response.

It seems to me you also need a Shipment table in your database. And further that some rules must apply( along these ideas)
-a Customer orders/requests Something from someone
-a Something is delivered/shipped to a Customer
-a shipment involves a Something and a Truck delivered to a Customer

Customer-->Shipment<--Truck

tblShipment
ShipmentID PK
ShipmentDate
CustomerID FK
TruckID FK
etc.
