I asked a question earlier but now I have another.
I have a query where where I need to know if a client is 30-60-90 days past due. For example, I entered a bill date of 2-4-02, I would like a column for 30 days past due (3-4-02) date. I know it has something to due with the date, any help would be great.
Thank you so very much

If what you'd like is a calculated field that would show the dates a customer would be 30, 60 or 90 past due, and display them on your form, then add the following to your query.

OVER_30: DateAdd("d",30,[BillDate])
OVER_60: DateAdd("d",60,[BillDate])
OVER_90: DateAdd("d",90,[BillDate])

Then open your form in Design Mode and place these fields on your form, and rename the labels anything you want.

Is this what you needed?

It works great Thank you so very much.
One other question on it tho, On the pop up it is asking for the billdate, is there a way it could ask for todays date and it would pull up everything that is 30 days past due? I have tried several different ways and cannot figure it out.
Thanks again for your help

You can access today's date with Date(), it's a function within Access. Use that in place of relying on your user to know what day it is, if possible.
