Date question

Just wondered if there was a way of converting 13/07/2005 into 13-Jul-2005, and outputting it as a string (I dont want to change the usnderlying format in the table.

Had a look in search, but coulnt find anything that made sense!

I think this should work:

NewDate = Format([OldDate], "mmm dd yyyy")
