Date selection in reports

Hi All,

I need some help when creating a report. Ive created it fine and it does the job, though how do i select a certain date period- ie 01/02/04-28/02/04?

The report that i have produced shows the entire history of my database, where as all i need was a report based on the previous months data only.

Hi Shane, Try using Between in your criteria, in your query. under your date field.

This will then prompt for two dates.

Between [Date Beginning] And [DateEnding]

You can change the infor within the square brackets to what ever you want.

I have tried what you have suggested, and yes it does ask me to enter the two dates, though once i run the query it doesnt seem to show the date period that i require. Is there something i have done wrong.
