Date to Price Relationship Help

I am building a database in Access which I would like to eventually link to my website in order to sell hotel bookings online. I believe I have set all the fields up properly but when it comes time to set the price I'm lost. Each hotel has about 3-5 different prices throughout the year depending on the date. How can I design a table(s) to accommodate this? Any help is appreciated.

Consider setting up an extra table called Htl_Price (or whatever). Tie that into main form with PriceID.

Your price table might be set up thusly:

Hotel Table
HotelID
PriceID
Hotel Name
Hotel Other suff
etc

Price Table
PriceID
From_Date
To_Date
Price
etc

Hotel (FK from tbl_Hotel)
Start_Date
End_Date
Rate

Need to think carefully about data checks to ensure you cover all dates for each hotel and do not have any date overlaps for each hotel
