decimal point

i have a field, which accepts a decimal number and it is working ok. however, when i type in 3.00 or 3.10, it is being converting to 3 and 3.1 respectively.

is there a way where i can keep the 0's in my values visible?

set the format for that field to fixed and adjust the decimal places to 2. That should take care of it for you. (thats all in the properties menu.)
