Defect database correction

HI all

I request you all to correct the data base to record the defect of an operator and supllier wise.

if total defects of the day is 10 then it should prompt the subcalculation of all defects selecting operator's as well as supplier's defects and grand total of the defects should be the total defects of the day.

I am facing one problem as soon as total defects are entered a pop up of sub form or any thing pops for the calculation of defects

like if 10 is the total defects a pop up window of 2 +3+4+1 and description and alos checks the subtotal equals to the total.
