Delay between Reporting Posts

Any chance you could get rid off the required one minute delay between reporting posts?

Yeah, it would be nice if we didn't have to wait longer than the required delay between regular posts (30 seconds, I believe).

I've had a look at the registration and it seems basic registration was on. New members, from now on, have to answer a simple question, which should at least reduce the number of automated spammers since there's no clue and it involves typing it in. The occasional manual one will still spill through, but that's manageable.
