Say I have an Excel Table which is a linked table in Access. (source table is an Excel File). I don't want it to be vice versa.
If I try to run a Delete Query to erase the whole LinkedTable, I get an error saying something like "Deleting records on linked table is not supported by ISDM (?)"
But yet I can delete data in individual fields of the linked table.
What's goin' on? How can I "erase" all the records in the Linked Excel table using a Delete Query?
