demaged acces DB

hey all!
Accidentally one user in my office delete one file .accdb with tables and forms inside.i use recover tools and i recover it but when i try to open the access says:
"Unrecognized database format (Error 3343)".How can repair it,i dont want to lose this infomation?

First, I would check with my IT department (if one exists) and determine if this file was backed up and when and if it can be restored from the backup system. This is just one reason to have backups performed regularly.

Second if the above is not available. Create a new db and try to import all the objects into the new db from the old db.

no i have not backed up the original db file,i just recover this file,i try to create the new db and import data from old db but still same error message "Unrecognized database format (Error 3343)"
