Deplicate date?

Hi all

I am looking to automatically repeat a date which is inputted on one of my forms, for example when a user inputs a service date, is it possible to automatically copy this date into the booked date (please see screen shot attached) to save having to retype the same date into this field, as most of the time it is the same, it most then also let you change the date if it is different? How do I go about this bearing in mind I am a novice!!!!!

In the after update event of the first one:

Me.BookedDate = Me.ServiceDate
