Detail shifting

This is a strange one - hope its simple?

On opening certain forms I have, the detail is hard up against the left side. In fact the heading is partly obscured until you click on a record and then the view becomes normal.

Anyone have any ideas?

Have you tried this on another PC to see if the same thing happens ? or it's just a problem on your PC ?
