Detecting Screen Size Automatically (1 Viewer)

I'm sure this has been asked before but does anyone have any ideas on how to code a module that detects the screen size of a user's PC?

Because I have several user's all with different screen sizes it's a real pain to adjust the form view and column sizes to each pc. What I would like to do (if this can be done) is to call this module in each form's OnOpen event so that no manual resizing has to be done.

which has an auto resize code chunk, which looks good (I haven't tried it out)
