Dear Demigods,

My form is made up of three columns - 1st column is ten text boxes, 2nd column is ten list boxes, 3rd column is ten text boxes.

The first column is where the user can enter up to ten different charges that may apply to record that they are viewing.

The second column is where they select the currency.

The third column is where they enter the charge applicable.

I have a similar thing working in Excel, whereby when the workbook opens, a web query goes off to a currency exchange site, takes the current exchange rates from it and puts it in a worksheet, where it calculates the figures and returns me with a total figure of all charges in GBP.

I am wanting to do the same thing in Access. Is it possible?

Thanks for your time and anticipated advice
Kind Regards
Manc

Couldn't you continue using the Spreadsheet function and LINK that spreadsheet to the Database?

PaulO, thanks for your reply...

We are now entering the realm way above my head...

Sounds interesting, but that's as far as it goes!

Thanks
Manc
