Disable the "scroll" key on the mouse

Hi all again,
I have some users who love to use their scroll button on their mouse. Half way thro' data entry on a form they do this and they actually move away from the record. This causes problems to me [variables lose values, etc., etc., :-(], is there a way to disable the scroll key itself, or any other clever ways of doing this?

Thankx a ton Jack! I would have never found this on my own. Just curious, have you done this in your work, if yes, did you take the DLL approach or the other one?

You're welcome. I am the only one allowed to touch this computer (actually I am the only one here to touch it!) so this is not something that I have had to use. Long answer for a short, "I haven't tried either".
