Disabling fields in access

Hi Guys, Does anyone know how to disable fields in Access based on data entered in a previous field? For example if "yes" is chosen from a drop down show "Date field" if "no" is chose hide "Date Field". Thanks.

I'm not convinced Sheri is talking about a form.

Sheri, where do you want this to occur at? Do you have a form set up based on the table where the field is, or do you want this to occur on the table itself?

If you are trying to achieve this in the table itself, its not possible, you will need a to create a form based on your table to make this happen. Then when you do, check out the link pbadly provided.
