Display Data from Form to Form

Hi all, i have stumbled across this problem during my designing of a mini application. Was wondering if it is possible for a user to click a row of data in table which will triggers to display other relevant data which belongs to that particular row of value.

I have attached an image to illustrate my problem.

Thanks pbaldy for the help. I have another question in mind, if i were to change from "form to form" to "subform to subform", what must i do to achieve the results?
