Display position

I have this really silly problem that is very annoying. When I try to view or preview a report it is positioned in the top left had corner of the screen and it is so small that I cannoth access it. I have tried changing the X and Y coordinates and autoresize and saving it when I have it in the middle of the screen but it seems to have a mind of its own. Any idea what is overriding these settings ? It seems to work fine if I use the Database toolbar but not if I use the report design toolbar.

The values of acCmdZoom can be: 100,75,50 .I remember those but you can try it.
