I made my Access program and it looks great on my computer.
Why does it look all missed aligned and wacky on other computers ?
These computers are not on a network...
I burned the access program to a cd and then loaded it on their
machines...we all have access 2003

thanks

Sometimes if you have used a certain font on the development machine that is not available on the other users machine, you may end up with strange display results.

What are the symptoms of "missed aligned (sic) and wacky"?

Is it that the screen resolutions are wrong? The fonts are wrong? There's really no way to help unless there is a description of the problem.

after further investigating

It's a screen resolution problems...
I knew I couldn't get lucky enough
for this to work right off the bat..lol
Sorry for taking up the space..:D

General advice is to create your db for the lowest resolution of your users. i.e. set your resolution at the lowest resolution likely to be used and everyone will be able to use it ok.

There is a thread somewhere with a zoom feature to magnify forms for high resolution users but I haven't tried to adapt the smple to my db yet so can't comment on the difficulty or otherwise.
