display record in report vertically instead of Horizontally

I have a table that contains many inspection records for part numbers. I need to create a report that will display all the inspection records in columunar format. At the moment report is displaying all the records horizontally. Any ideas?

Hi,
Make sure you are in either Layout view or design view
If you select the field (in the report) (the bit that changes and the caption) in the Report Layout Tools Section go to arrange. Select Tabular. This will change the way the records are displayed.
