Displaying "Current Month" on Report Header

I am creating a report and I want the title to be "Sales Adjustments CURRENT MONTH".

Is there a way to this easliy?

Presumably you mean with the actual month displayed? Try a textbox:

="Sales Adjustments " & Format(Date(), "mmmm")

Can I add year by adding "yyyy" to the textbox?

Look in help at the Format() function. You can customize it pretty much any way you want, or you can concatenate the year on separately.
