Displaying Logo on Event

Hi,

I am trying to design a helpdesk database. If we log a call through our IT company, we receive a call number. If we enter a call number, I want their logo to be displayed on the relevant form.

However, if we solve the call and enter a reference into a seperate field, I want our company's logo to be displayed on the form. Any ideas?

I can't quite tell from your posting if there are a lot of different logos for the IT company, or if you're just talking about having one of two logos displaying, depending on the situation.

If there are only two (or three) possible logos to display, you could simply place both logos on the form where they belong, and then make the appropriate logo visible, the inappropriate logo invisible, depending on the status of a particular record. It'll look ugly in the design mode but should be good during run-time.
