I am currently working with MS Access 2000, my co-workers are using MS Access 97. How can I allow them to use my Access file without having to upgrade them to 2000?

So I guess in short how can I allow my coworkers to use my db?

If you are planning to run it on a network, you could convert the backend to 97, convert the frontend to 97 for them to use and you use a A2K frontend linked to the 97 backend. Can't think why that wouldn't work but somebody else might!
