Dlookup using text to pull back data (1 Viewer)

I am trying to populate a form with motoring data - when the word 'Ford' is typed in a unbound field in the form and then press enter it will populate a number of other unbound forms with model names.

I don't seem to be able to link to text field to bring back the data - any suggestions !?!?
