Dlookup with a between criteria

Hi

I hope someone can help, I believe I have a problem with my setout but can't quite nail something that works.:banghead:

I have two tables

Criteria_Ratings:
FFMin
FFMax
Rating

BaseData:
FF/M

What I am trying to do with a Dlookup is return the Rating when FF/M is between FFMin and FFMax. All fields are Numbers.

FFRating: DLookUp("Rating","Criteria_Ratings",[FFmin]<[FF/M] And [FFmax]>=[FF/M])

Can someone please tell me where I am going wrong.

FFRating: DLookUp("Rating","Criteria_Ratings"," [FFMin] <=" & [FF/M] & " And [FFMax] >=" & [FF/M] & "")
