tables "tbl_groups" and "tblBasicCase" has ga_number and PlanNum common.

=DLookUp("[BillingStructure]","tblBasicCase","[GA_Number] = '" & [ga_number] & "'" And "[plannum]='" & [plannum] & "'")

Tell me why is not working.

what i am saying is lookup billingstucture in tblbasiccase where ga_number = same as tbl_groups ga number and planNum is same as tbl_groups plannum.

Because you haven't written the criteria properly - you've broken the string as the AND has to be included within the string and not left outside.
