Do Not save Subform if they press close

I am slightly confised. I understand putting the primary key on "Client Name" on the subformclient table. But some of tables will have duplicate Client Names if they have more than one child. Since a Client Name is linked to every child name, all the children from the same family will have "Client Name" field exactly the same. Isnt a primary key soley used if there are not dublicates in that column?

Then you are saying in your Table Client Name is the Primary Key?
