Docmd.runsql UPDATE problem

I've searched the forum and tried various syntax but each time the code runs I get a propt box to enter the value required as the updated value.

DoCmd.RunSQL "UPDATE TblEnquirySource SET TblEnquirySource.EnquirySource =" & Me.txtSelected & " WHERE TblEnquirySource.EnquirySourceID=" & Me.LbEnquirySource & ";"

If txtSelected is a textfield then wrap it in textdelimiters.

.... SET TblEnquirySource.EnquirySource ='" & Me.txtSelected & "' WHERE...
