"document window options" in Access 2010

Does anyone know if its possible to programatically set the "document window options" in Access 2010?? I'm able to hide the ribbon and navigation panes using VBA and I also want to prevent the tabs from showing using VBA as well.

1 =3D overlapping windows
0 =3D tabbed documents
