How would you lock certain cells in Excell- I mean like if I take lunch everyday at 12 to 1 I would like to lock those cells so no one can make and appointment at that time. and I close at 5 so I would like to lock those cells as well, but I don't want to lock the entire schedule.:confused:

You're seriously doing this in Excel?

In the "Format Cells" dialogue, click on the Protection tab and select "Locked". Then Protect the Sheet (depends on the version of Excel you're using). In 2007, you can protect the sheet by right clicking the sheet's tab and select Protect. There's actually an easy menu item to protect the sheet on earlier versions.
