Duplicate Records in Print Preview (1 Viewer)

Hello,

I have a small database for some data collection having One main Table and then sub Tables, then Main form and sub form then Main Report and sub Reports forms.

For each main records there are several sub records in sub tables. Now the problem is that when i Print Preview the report so i see repeatation/ duplicate of the records; while if any record have only one record so that don't have any duplicate.

Now how to stop duplicate due to the subtable in Reports

Please Help


p.s. if my above statement is not clear so i can attach the database

naveeddil, your requirement is quiet unclear. Do you want the Child records to be displayed for one Parent? In that case look on Creating and Using Subrepots.

If that is not the case, you only want one parent, then why are you sing the child table in the recordsource of the Query?

If both are not what you want, please explain what is that you are after. So we could give a better solution.

I want to display a report on A4 page and having linked data from child tables

Kindly see the attach DB.
Open the ARSMain report
Click Print Preview
Go to last to records.
For Same session ID there are two pages coming because they both have two two objectives.

I don't like this duplication of pages due to multiple objectives.

The problem is the recordsource for the main report, you are including one of the sub tables.

I just changed and removed the recordsource in other databases and they are fixed as well
