Duplicate Values Message

I have a form that has around 25 fields from 10 different tables. When I try to enter a record, the following message keeps popping up:

"The changes you requested to the table were not successful because they would create duplicate values in the index, primary key, or relationship. Change the data in the field or fields that contain duplicate data, remove the index, or redefine the index to permit duplicate entries and try again."

I don't get why it's saying that though because I don't believe that I am entering duplicate values. My relationships are correct, but could the many-to-many relationships be causing the problem (or causing the duplicate values)? (I have 4 many-to-many relationships in my Access database.) I even tried changing and removing the indexes (except for the primary keys of course), but that didn't even work.

Please, can someone help me figure out what's wrong? Could it be that Access just can 't handle all of those 25 fields from 10 different tables, or could it be something else?

If you can offer any ideas or suggestions, I will appreciate it. Thanks.

Thanks for the reply Pat. Yes, I've been told that my form is too confusing with all of the relationships in there, but that is actually a requirement of my project. So...do you happen to know exactly how to make a form like mine work? If one of the required fields for my form is in more than two tables, which of the tables should I pick the field from? Your help will be greatly appreciated.
