H there,

I would like not just to elminate duplicates (i know how to do that) but find out exactly what records are duplicates.

I have read through posts on this - they recommend using "Find Duplicates Wizard" - which is not installed/available on my computer.

I am using Access 97 and the data type of the duplicate records in question is number.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Are you sure you're looking in the right spot for it? You should be in the 'Query' section. Click on 'New' and the 'Find Duplicates Query Wizard' should be in there.

Yes, looking in the right place - it says "This feature isn't installed"
