duplicating labels

I am working on a project for school and I do not know how to stop duplicating labels. It is a customer history report which includes sale id and date and other info. the labels at the top are only supposed to appear once not every new sale. Some one please help! Also it is supposed to be a mailer report and fit in a #10 envelope, dont understand this either.

Put your labels in the page header, then arrange your info in the "detail" section of the report under the relevant labels.
