Dynamic Ribbon to show clock

Hi,
I am just finishing to customize the ribbon with dynamically updating some labels. Everything works fine, however i can not figure out ho to show system time in run-time. i can have it visible but it does not update so actually it is only a timestamp instead of a running clock.
Any idea?

I've never done it in the ribbon and am not sure if its possible.
In a form, you just use a timer event to update each second or minute as appropriate

Keep the (Windows) system task bar at the bottom of the screen and put the system clock there. Don't bother with using Access.
