E-mailing specific records

Can anyone assist please, I have my report set up for e-mailing using the send object code which to my amazement I have managed to do, what I would like to know is whether it is possible to send individual records as opposed to the whole report. I have got this working fine when previewing the report but have no idea how to e-mail individual records based on the autonumber. Any help or advice as always greatly appreciated.

If you can create a new record in the table (such as 'CATEGORY") you can create a query that will ask you for which CATEGORY to send.
This will then email only the CATEGORY you wish
