I was able to open the zip file no problem, however I'm not sure what it is that we're looking at here. I see five tables and that's the only objects in the database (mdb file).

Not sure what "Pull the saved budgets" is referring to. There are no forms in the database so editing and deleting directly from tables is not recommended. You will need to create some forms to work with your data.

the forms are in excel, the database is access. you open the excel file to see the screens.

I used 7zip to unzip it.

The budget is not seen in any sheet of the Excel file. One account is managing a budget and one account is billing for services, the latter being what it looks like from Excel. Decide and explain in detail what you would like to do.

Hi. I was finally able to open the zip file and extract the MDB. However, I am also confused as to what to do with it to help you. Can you please give us a step-by-step instructions on how to duplicate your problem? Thanks!
