Edit records from listbox

I have a form in Access 2010 with a listbox on it that displays a table of Employees. above that is all the fields that are in the table. what i want to do is be able to double click a name in the listbox and have it populate the fields above the table in order to edit the records. here is a screenshot of the form

Did you try the listbox wizard, choosing the 3rd option, "find a record..."? It should show up as long as the form is bound to a table.

for some reason, my current form had some issue with it, so i had to replicate the form and that worked. thanks
