The only way I found to do this is as follows:
I have a form where I select the Person (record) I want to print for (in a combo box). I set up a new report identical to the first that prints for all records. In the query (source) for the second report, iI entered the criteria under the unique ID Field forms![mydialogprintfrm]![mycomboboxselectionID]. That means that when the report is opened from that form it prints only the current selected record.Then I added a command button with the normal E-Mail sendobject......
Works fine for me.
