Hi,

i want to create a macro to send emails, i have a linked data & created a query with necessary fields required with "Location name" & have table a Table with Location name in one column & mail IDs in other column.

now mail should get trigger from outlook receptive location to respective mail ID.

Create Named Macro.
Open the Source table of your Query in design view.
On the Ribbon, Create Data Macros->Create Named Macro


Use "For Each Record In", specify your Query name.
the "To" field should be your mail ID field:


[Mail ID]
