I need some guidance. My manager has asked me to create a database that will be able to retrieve Outlook Archived emails. I know we can import Outlook emails directly into Access but I've already shown him that and he wants to take it one step further. He wants a form where it displays all the emails by Subject and when you click on the subject there's a Hyperlink that will pull up the email. I know how you can do all that, my problem is in some cases the email's subject are identical and when you archive emails the default name of the file is the subject. For example:

Email 1 subject is "IVP5"
Email 2 subject is "Re: "IVP5"
Email 3 subject is "Re: "IVP5"
Email 4 subject is "Re: "IVP5"

This first email was the initial email. Each consecutive emails are just response to the email. When I archive these emails it'll show up as file name:

Email 1 - IVP5.msg
Email 2 - Re IVP5.msg
Email 3 - Re IVP5 (1).msg
Email 4 - Re IVP5 (2).msg

How would I hyperlink to these Outlook Messages without having to manually type in the Subject with the "(1)" and "(2)" into a table to be used as a hyperlink when the subject line of the email are identical.

Thanks in advance. I appologize if my message is confusing. I know it's alot to digest.
